Gowaterz acts as a marketplace and advisory intermediary connecting buyers, sellers and technical/manufacturing partners. Vessel specifications, pricing and availability are provided by sellers or partners and reviewed before publishing, but Gowaterz does not independently manufacture, own or warrant third-party vessels unless explicitly stated on a listing.
Custom development and marine-solutions engagements are coordinated by Gowaterz with technical, manufacturing and service partners; the scope of Gowaterz's role versus a partner's role will be set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
